Book a Photo Event Request

Booking a pet photography promotion will give your customer the opportunity to purchase quality pet portraits at discount prices.  The event will bring the customer into your location on the day of the shoot and again to pick up their portrait package.

At least four weeks prior to the promotion date, you will receive an 81/2” x 11” counter poster, flyers and price guides, a flyer stand, a photography portfolio, and an appointment sheet.  You will book the customer appointments as indicated on the appointment sheet. The day will be booked with at least eight photography appointments and no more than 15, depending on the hours booked for the shoot.

I will need an 8’ x 10’ area with an 8’ ceiling for the ‘studio’ area.  I bring many props and back drops to offer a vast variety of options for the portrait customer.  Each sitting will last approximately 30minutes.  That time will be filled with posing, shooting, and viewing of the portraits on a laptop computer.  I use whistles and noise makers at times.  It can get noisy.  The customer will make their choices and pay for the package they order as well as a $5.00 sitting fee.

For your hospitality, I offer from 8% to 10% of sales on that day.  This amount will be remitted to you before I leave your location.

Private parties may host an organized promotion as long as the studio parameters can be met and client sessions number at least eight.
