Pencil Portraits by
A pencil portrait of your family member, friend or pet is a forever treasure. It is a cherished keepsake to give yourself or another special family member or friend. My pencil portraits are created from your reference photographs and are guaranteed to please.
Initiating the process:
Should you have any questions please email your concerns and I will answer all quickly and completely. Once you have decided to proceed with the commission we will confer as to your preferences and desires for the portrait. Hard copies of the photographs can be mailed to me or images can be e-mailed. We will discuss the pose possibilities from the photographs that are available. This decision will include your background choices and size of the portrait.
Deposit:
A 25% deposit will be collected at the start of the commission. This is your commitment to the process.
Final Approval
When the piece is completed I will e-mail the final image for your approval, the balance payment will be made and we can arrange for delivery.
Photographs
Please be assured that all your photographs will be returned safely with the commissioned pencil portrait. It is important to note that a clear, focused photograph will permit the fine detail to be rendered in the finished pencil portrait. Reference for multiple subjects may be taken from separate photographs, as with background and additional objects.
Completion time
Commissions accepted at this time will be completed before Christmas. I will make every effort to accommodate a special occasion order. E-mail me with the details and I will confirm the commitment to you.
Gift certificates are available in lieu of a commissioned portrait.
